1.
That on the first day or March, 1924, the defendm ta John
Fangrat and Priscilla Fangrat, his wife, executed and delivered to
tbe plaintiffs, under their l:ands and seals 1 a certain mortgage on
real estate wherein the following described property was intended
to be conveyed and mortgaged, to-wit:
The West Halt ot the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section a, Township l lorth, ot Range 19
Bast, and,
The West Halt ot the Bast Halt ot the lortbwest Quarter
ot &ection 17, Township 1 Borth, ot Range 19 Bast.
Both of said parcels together conta. 1ning Sixty One and 48/100
(61.48) acres ot land, and being in the Towns of Wheatland and
Randall, Kenosha County, Wiaoausin.

That the description of the real estate contained ina1d
mortgage is erroneous and is as tollow.aa

SBCOND OAlBB 0F ACTION.
1.
That the above named defendants John Pangrat and Priscilla
Fangrat, his wife, on the first day of March, 1924, for value received, executed and delivered to the plaintiffs above named, William Buck and Clara Buck, his wife, their certain promissory note
in writing, dated on that day, and thereby promised to pay to the
order ot the said William Buck and Clara Buck, the sum or Six Thousand Bine EUndred Dollars ($6 1 900.00), five (5) years after date
of March 1st, 1924, viz.t on the 1st oay of Jmrch, 1929, together
with interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, payable
annually.
2.
That in order to secure the payment ot the said indebt&dnea1
to the above named plaintiffs the said John Fangrat "-nd Priscilla
Fangrat, his wife, at the same time, duly executed, acknowledged and
delivered to the said plaintiffs a mortgage bearing even date with
the said note, and conditioned tor the payment of the indebtedness
represented by the said note above mentioned, together with the
pa,aent of the interest thereon as the same became due and payable,
whereby they mortgaged, granted, conveyed, b argatned and sold to the
said William Buck and Clara Buck, his wife, plaintiffs aforesaid,
those certain lands, with their appurtenances, situated in the towns
ot Wheatland and Randall, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows, to-wits
