Holly~
On Thursday, lbvember 21, Reuther Alternative High School
held an Open lbuse in relation with J\rrerican F.ducation ~.
The year's theme is "Allerica' s Public Schools". The subject
is Excellence. The reason for our Open House is for the parents
to beccrre acquainted with their so111daughter's teachers as well
as Reuther's prograrrs. Classroan visitations were held between
7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Refresl'Inents were served in the library
fran 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
'roYS FOR TOI'S
By:
Tanrny lbsrrann
As Christmas sneaks up on us, the Reuther students and
staff brought to school old and rew toys for the "'roYS FOR
TOI'S" in Kenosha.
The Mayor (Bilotti) of Kenosha assigned public schools
to help collect these toys.
On ltlVernber 22 , Chris, Dean of Students at Reuther
went around to each classroan and collected all the toys.
At the end of the day, Chris' office was filled with toys.
Thank you Reuther students and staff for helping the poor
children have a nice Christmas.

Much of Reuther's artistic contribution is reflected on the walls of
the building. These photos represent the more recent murals completed
by art students in the 85-86 school year. These murals take away
the "institutional look" and gives us a feeling of pride in our building •
