481 SIA 2008 Case File Withers ValentineThis is a case file pertaining to when "summer timer" resident Withers sued the President of the SIA association, Linda Valentine for trespass on the 1 07th Street Association property. This occurred without the resident present and while the property was being shown by a real estate agent. The property had been described as having lake shore and there were sale signs on association property as well as street side on the private property. The result is that the association property which had been asphalted by the Peterson and Withers contiguous property owners without approval by the SIA board has been clearly marked with permanent lines. The originals of this material may be disposed of or may be in the personal Valentine collection. The case was dismissed without merit by Judge Mary Wagner.
